Returns and Refunds Policy – FitMagnetic
1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made on the FitMagnetic store by consumers residing in France or the European Union.
2. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide justification or pay any penalty.

Once your request has been accepted, you have an additional 14 days to return the product(s) in question.
3. Return conditions
· Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.) and in their original packaging.
· Returns are at the customer's expense except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
· We recommend shipping with a tracking number. FitMagnetic cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

4. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved:
· It will be carried out within 14 days after receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment.
· It will be made via the original payment method.
· Initial delivery charges are refunded only if the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

6. Defective or non-conforming products
If a product is damaged, defective, or does not conform to the order, you are entitled to:

7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

7. Unclaimed package / Incorrect address
· If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it within the time limit at the collection point, the reshipping costs will be your responsibility.
· If you refuse the package without justification, we will proceed with a partial refund (excluding delivery costs).

If you receive a damaged or incomplete package:
