What are the delivery times?

Our delivery times vary between 2 and 7 working days for mainland France. For French overseas departments and territories and Europe, please allow 5 to 10 working days .

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout France, Europe , and most international countries. Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). The product must be returned new, unused, and in its original packaging .

How do I make a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once the product has been returned and checked, the refund will be issued to the same payment method within 5 to 10 working days .
